LAFOURCHE PARISH ANNOUNCES RETURN RULES

TIER 1 Responders Granted Access / Curfew Still in Effect

All TIER 1 EMERGENCY RESPONDERS may now return to Lafourche Parish. These responders include law enforcement, medical and other first responders.

Anyone returning MUST possess their “TIER 1” I.D. badge issued by the Parish to gain re-entry access to Lafourche Parish.

Emergency Officials are working to assess damages and clear the roadways at this time. Residents will be notified when they will be allowed to return.

At this time ONLY TIER 1 EMERGENCY RESPONDERS are being allowed access to Lafourche Parish.

A curfew remains in effect in Lafourche Parish until further notice. Any resident that is currently located in Lafourche Parish MUST stay off the streets, you will be stopped by law enforcement officials. If you are trying to evacuate, officials will direct you where to go. Otherwise, residents are to remain in their homes and off the streets until further notice.
