St. Mary Parish Sheriff's Office

According to Sheriff David Naquin during the last 24 hours the Sheriff’s Office responded to 33 complaints and reports the following arrests:

Tiffany L. Harding 30 yoa of 269 Verdun Lane #2, Franklin was arrested on 10-21-2008 at 11:20 am on a warrant for Telephone Harassment. Suspect turned herself into the Sheriff’s Office after learning of a warrant for her arrest. Suspect was placed under arrest and issued a summons to appear in court on 1-12-2009.

Kisha Turner 26 yoa of 512 Duke St., Morgan City was arrested on 10-21-2008 at 8:59 pm for Tail Lamps Required, Driving Under Suspension and warrants for Issuing Worthless Checks and Failure to Appear on the charge of Speeding. Deputy was patrolling the Bayou Vista area, when he conducted a traffic stop. During investigation it was learned of warrants for suspect’s arrest. Suspect was placed under arrest on above charges and booked into the parish jail with a $1295.50 bond and was later released.

Donald E. Stoppa 42 yoa of 202 South Railroad Ave., Morgan City was arrested on 10-21-2008 at 9:54 pm on warrants for Jefferson Parish for Unauthorized Use of a Movable and Grand Isle Mayor’s Court for Failure to Appear on the charges of Passing in a NO Passing Zone, General Speed Law and No Drivers License. Agents were patrolling the Amelia area conducting Operation Red October II, when they conducted an investigative stop on suspect walking on Lake Palourde Road. During investigation it was learned of warrants for suspect’s arrest. Suspect was placed under arrest and booked into the parish jail with no bond at this time.

Robert H. Fox III 73 yoa of 136 Cecilia St., Morgan City was arrested on 10-21-2008 at 11:44 pm for DWI 3rd and Driving under Suspension. Deputy was patrolling the Amelia area, when he observed a vehicle parked with the engine running in the church parking lot at Lake Palourde and Friendship Alley. Deputy went to conduct an investigation and located the above suspect sitting in the vehicle. Upon Speaking with suspect an odor of alcoholic beverage was observed upon his breath and person. After investigation suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Berwick Police Department to run on the Intoxilyzer 5000. Suspect had a test result of .105g%. Suspect was booked into the parish jail with no bond at this time.

Michael Millro 48 yoa of 1309 Eliza St., New Orleans was arrested on 10-22-2008 at 2:08 am on a warrant for Failure to Appear on the charge of Drug Paraphernalia. Deputy was patrolling the Amelia area, when above suspect was located in the parking lot T&N Food Mart and an investigative stop was conducted. During investigation it was learned of a warrant for his arrest. Suspect was placed under arrest and booked into the parish jail with no bond at this time.
