According to Sheriff David Naquin during the last 168 hours the Sheriff’s Office responded to 245 complaints and reports the following arrests:

Darren J. Boudin 48 yoa and Kizzy L. Jelks 26 yoa both of 158 Boudin Lane, Cutoff, La. were arrested on 12-30-3008 at 6:17 pm with Boudin being charged with Improper Lane Usage, Improperly Displayed License Plate, Possession of Loritab and Possession of Xanax and Jelks being charged with Possession of Loritab and Possession of Xanax 3rd offense. Deputy was called to Hwy 90 in the Amelia area, in reference to a reckless driver. Deputy located suspect vehicle and conducted a traffic stop. During investigation a search of suspect vehicle was conducted with a pill bottle containing several Loritab and Xanax pills. After investigation suspect’s were placed under arrest and booked into the parish jail with Boudin having a $5000.00 bond and Jelks having a $15,000.00 bond both were later released.

Brad D. Landry 27 yoa of 1622 Federal Ave., Morgan City was arrested on 12-30-2008 at 9:42 pm for Possession of Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Deputy was patrolling Hwy 90 when he conducted a traffics stop on a vehicle. During investigation suspect a passenger in the vehicle was searched with a bag of marijuana and drug paraphernalia being located on his person. After investigation suspect was placed under arrest and booked into the parish jail with a $3500.00 bond and was later released.

Bridget L. Pierron 19 yoa of 106 Edwin Lane, Amelia was arrested on 12-31-2008 at 7:18 am on a warrant for Failure to Appear on the charge of Expired Inspection Sticker. Deputy was patrolling Siracusaville area, when he conducted a traffic stop. During investigation it was learned of a warrant for suspect’s arrest. Suspect was placed under arrest and booked into the parish jail with a $273.50 cash bond and was later released.

Lionel J. Balley Jr. 37 yoa of 1704 Carol Sue Ave., Gretna, La. was arrested on 12-31-2008 at 12:44 pm on a warrant for Plaquemines Parish for Probation Violation. Suspect was located in the Morgan City area, placed under arrest and booked into the parish jail. Suspect was later released on court date of 1-5-2009 to appear in 25th Judicial Court.

Albert Green 54 yoa of 151 St. Joseph Lane, Franklin was arrested on 12-31-2008 at 11:37 pm for Aggravated Assault Domestic Violence and Illegal Discharge of a Firearm. Deputy was called to above location in reference a disturbance. Upon Deputy’s arrival it was learned that suspect and victim were arguing when suspect pulled a gun on victim and made threats, and then shot the gun in the residence. After investigation suspect was placed under arrest and booked into the parish jail with a $50,000.00 bond and was later released.

Anthony T. Francois 32 yoa of 612 General Patton St., Morgan City was arrested on 12-31-2008 at 10:38 pm for Loud Music and DWI 1st. Deputy was patrolling Hwy 90 in the Berwick area, when Deputy conducted a traffic stop on suspect vehicle. Upon Deputy making contact with suspect an odor of alcoholic beverage was observed upon his person. After investigation suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Berwick Police Department to run on the Intoxilyzer 5000. Suspect had a test result of .083g%. Suspect was booked into the parish jail with a $10,000.00 bond and was later released.

Hilario Villasenor-Munguia 48 yoa of 510 Saint Lucy # F3, Patterson was arrested on 1-1-2009 at 3:09 am for DWI and Speeding. Deputy was patrolling Hwy 90 in the Berwick area, when he conducted a traffic stop. Upon Deputy making contact with suspect an odor of alcoholic beverage was observed upon his person. After investigation suspect was placed under arrest and transported to the Berwick Police Department to run on the Intoxilyzer 5000. Suspect had a test result of .154g%. Suspect was booked into the parish jail with a $15,000.00 bond at this time.

Ricky P. Boudreaux 33 yoa of 37313 Hwy 74 Lot # 63, Geismar. La. was arrested on 1-1-2009 at 9:51 am on a warrant for Failure to Appear on the charge of Speeding. Deputy was patrolling Hwy 182 in the Siracusa area, when he conducted a traffic stop on suspect. During investigation it was learned of a warrant for suspect’s arrest. Suspect was placed under arrest and booked into the parish jail with a $283.50 cash bond and was later released.

Terry L. Ratliff 37 yoa of 825 Railroad Ave., Morgan City was arrested on 1-1-2009 at 2:56 pm for Speeding, Driving Under Suspension and a warrant for Failure to Comply with Terms and Conditions of Drug Court. Deputy was patrolling Hwy 182 in the Siracusa area, when he conducted a traffic stop. During investigation it was also learned of a warrant for suspect’s arrest. After investigation suspect was placed under arrest and booked into the parish jail with a $100,000.00 bond at this time.

Christina L. Hornsby 29 yoa of Southeast Blvd. Apartments, Bayou Vista was arrested on 1-1-2009 at 8:25 pm on a warrant for Issuing Worthless Checks. Deputy was patrolling the Bayou Vista area, when Deputy conducted an investigative stop on above suspect walking on Hwy 182. During investigation it was learned of a warrant for suspect’s arrest. Suspect was placed under arrest and issued a summons to appear in court on 4-6-2009.

Stephen J. Kerr 53 yoa of 405 Westside Blvd. Apt. # 2, Houma, La., David C. Browder 42 yoa of 907 ½ Clothilde St., Morgan City, Derwin J. Hebert 34 yoa of 408 Second St., Morgan City Grabriel F. Mustiful 26 yoa of 1425 Bernice St., Morgan City were arrested on 1-2-2009 at 10:44 am for Trespassing. Deputy was called to Avoca Island in reference to subjects trespassing. Upon Deputy’s arrival suspects were located and after conducting investigation suspects were placed under arrest and issued summons to appear in court on 4-6-2009.

Lee A. Gibson 26 yoa of 102 John St., Baldwin was arrested on 1-2-2009 at 6:18 pm for Criminal Damage to Property, Aggravated Flight from an Officer, Reckless Operation and Driving Under Suspension. Deputy was patrolling Pecan Acres in Franklin when he observed suspect vehicle hit a mail box and continued to drive on. Deputy pursued suspect vehicle and activated emergency lights. Suspect refused to stop and continued to drive until he came to his residence in Baldwin. After investigation suspect was placed under arrest and booked into the parish jail with no bond at this time.

Darrius J. Jackson 20 yoa of 247 Hwy 317 Lot # 1, Centerville was arrested on 1-2-2009 at 8:55 pm on a warrant for Simple Criminal Damage to Property. Deputy was conducting an investigation a Clausen Grocery. During investigation it was learned of a warrant for suspect’s arrest. Suspect was placed under arrest and booked into the parish jail with a $500.00 bond and was later released.

Claude J. Hebert 34 yoa of 307 Louise St., Jeanerette was arrested on 1-2-2009 at 7:28 pm on a warrant for Failure to Appear on the charge of Following to Close. Deputy was patrolling Duhon By-pass Road in Amelia when he came into contact with above suspect. A warrant’s check was conducted with suspect being placed under arrest and booked into the parish jail with a $278.50 cash bond and was later released.

Dang Phi Nguyen 40 yoa of 1309 Arbor Circle, Morgan City was arrested on 1-3-2009 at 7:41 am for Disturbing the Peace Intoxicated and Pedestrians Soliciting rides. Deputy was called to Boones Chevron in reference to suspect being intoxicated and bothering customers. Upon Deputy’s arrival it was learned that above suspect was asking customers for a ride and that he was intoxicated. Suspect was located and after investigation was placed under arrest and booked into the parish jail with a $750.00 bond at this time.

Stacey A. Tabor 26 yoa of 722 Fourth St., Morgan City was arrested on 1-4-2009 at 3:22 pm for Criminal Damage to Property. Deputy was conducting an investigation into an incident that occurred on 1-2-2009 at Wal-mart in Bayou Vista. Suspect came into the Morgan City Sheriff’s Office in reference to an investigation. After investigation suspect was placed under arrest and booked into the parish jail with no bond at this time.
