The St. Mary Multi-Jurisdictional Drug Task Force, consisting of the: St. Mary Sheriff Dept., the Morgan City Police Dept., the Franklin Police Dept., the Baldwin Police Dept., Berwick Police Dept., and the Chitimacha Police Dept., report the following arrests:
Dustin Landry age 21 of 706 Marshall St. Morgan City, la. was arrested on November 12, 2009
At 5:23pm at 706 Marshall St. Morgan City, La. on charges of Poss. Of Marijuana With intent to distribute, and Poss. Of Drug Paraphernalia. Agents of the task force received information that another suspect that had warrants on him Nathan Rios and Dustin were at the residence with marijuana. Upon agents arriving at the residence the door was wide open with suspect and marijuana in plain view. Upon further investigation Dustin was questioned about the drugs and showed deputies where the rest of the drugs were. He was transported to the parish jail for processing and incarceration. Nathan was arrested on the warrant and reported on the regular press release.
