FOUND - MISSING JUVENILE FROM HOUMA



On 06-15-09 Hailey Massey and her parents came to the Houma Police Department as her parents located her in Lafayette LA. She was charged with runaway juvenile and was released to her mother. She was taken out of the NCIC computer.
Clayton Long also came in and turned himself in to detectives. He was issued a summons for contributing to the delinquency of a juvenile. This case has been forwarded to city court of Houma.

INCIDENT- MISSING JUVENILE

On 06-05-09 at 7:54am Houma Police was dispatched to 301 Myrtle Street in reference to a runaway juvenile complaint.

Upon arrival officers contacted a 36 year-old female complainant who advised her 16 year-old daughter, Hailey Massey, W/F, 06/03/93, of 301 Myrtle Street left their residence and did not return home. She was last seen at approximately 11:30pm on 06/04/09 wearing an Ellender High School shirt and a pair of softy shorts. She was described as being 5’-00” tall, 110lbs, with reddish hair and blue eyes.

She may have possibly left with her 22 year-old ex-boyfriend Clayton A. Long, W/M, 11/01/86, unknown address.

Officers believe they may be in a brown Chevrolet pickup truck, early 1990 model enroute to Texas. Officers also learned that on April 26, 2007 Houma Police arrested Clayton A. Long for felony carnal knowledge of a juvenile.

Mr. Long was also seen in the Mechanicville area and it’s unknown what type of clothes he’s wearing.

Officers patrolled the area but were unable to locate the 16 year-old juvenile therefore if anyone knows the whereabouts of Hailey Massey call Detective Nicole Voisin at 873-6340.

Hailey Massey has been entered into the NCIC computer as a runaway juvenile.
