ST MARY PARISH SHERIFF'S OFFICE - 5/1

According to Sheriff David Naquin during the past 24HR period the Sheriff’s Office responded to 40 complaints over the past period and reports the following arrests:

Isaac Angelo Rios, age 19 of 418 Teche road lot E Bayou Vista, La was arrested on April 30, 2009 at 308pm on a warrant charging him with Carnal Knowledge of a Juvenile. This stems from an investigation by the detective division where the suspect is accused of having sex with a juvenile. He was transported to the parish jail for processing and incarceration.

Raymond C. Randolph age 27 of 602 Sebbys Lane Bayou Vista, La was arrested on April 30, 2009 at 1125am on two warrants for Issuing Worthless Checks and for the Charge of Simple Burglary of storage unit on Jupiter street where tools and other items were taken. He was transported to the parish jail for processing and incarceration.

Laci Clements age 25 of 120 Charles Street Franklin, La was arrested on April 30, 2009 at 802am on Charges of Possession of Cocaine with intent to distribute, Possession of Marijuana second offense and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
This stems from an investigation being made and finding the illegal drugs in possession of Laci at the time. She was transported to the parish jail for processing and incarcerated.

Kristen Alexander age 31 of 120 Charles Street Franklin, La was arrested on April 30, 2009 at 820 am and charged with Possession of Cocaine with intent to distribute, Possession of Marijuana second offense and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
This stems from an investigation being made and finding the illegal drugs in possession of Kristen at the time. She was transported to the parish jail for processing and incarcerated.


Toni Rose Bourgeois age 27 of 114 Verdun Lane Franklin, La was arrested on April 30, 2009 at 1255pm and charged with Speeding 68/55 zone, Driving under suspension and a warrant for Failure to appear for Issuing Worthless Checks. She was transported to the parish jail for processing and incarcerated.

Derrick Demond Jackson age 23 of 2237 Hwy 318 Jeanerette, La. was arrested on April 30, 2009 at 1145am on warrants charging him with No drivers License, Safety Belt Violation and Resisting an officer by flight. Earlier this month he was pulled over for a violation and took off running from the officer. He was transported to the parish jail for processing and incarcerated.

Rosalind Ann Lewis age 42 of 158 Eves Street Jeanerette, La was arrested on April 30, 2009 at 1017pm and charged with Simple Assault. This stems from an investigation by deputies at a report of a disturbance where a threat was made resulting in the arrest. She was transported to the parish jail for processing and incarcerated.

Tony Brown, age 46 of 145 Mercury Rd, Bayou Vista, La. was arrested on April 30, 2009 at 722pm and charged with Warrant for Failure to appear for DWI second offense. He was transported to the parish jail for processing and incarcerated.
