THE FRANKLIN POLICE DEPARTMENT RESPONDED TO 12 COMPLAINTS IN THE PAST 24 HOURS AND MADE THE FOLLOWING ARRESTS:
Herbert J. Bell Jr., 45, of Ninth Street
was arrested and charged with Aggravated Battery and Remaining Where Forbidden. Mr. Bell was processed and released on a $3,500.00 bond to appear in 16th Judicial District Court.
Joseph William, 21, of Willow Street
was arrested and charged with Aggravated Battery. Mr. William was processed and released on a $3,500.00 bond to appear in 16th Judicial District Court.
