As of noon today, the electricity at the hwy 90 mobil station wasnt on nor in other areas such as Baker Town and Garden City. WalMart in Franklin was closed because "They didn't have enough associates to open the store" per the Manager.
Power has been restored to most of the city. Water is the issue as well at the moment. Rouses is open in downtown Morgan City. Heard that the national guard was giving out MRE's and Ice at the auditorium. Most stores are still borded up and the curfew is in effect, got stopped last night after dark trying to find someplace to get food.
