ST MARY PARISH SHERIFF'S OFFICE

According to Sheriff David Naquin during the past 24HR period the Sheriff’s Office responded to 29 complaints over the past period and reports the following arrests:

Warren Smith, age 42 of 2012 Green Street Jeanerette, La was arrested on 11-12-08 at 1115am on a warrant for Failure to appear in court on charges of speeding and littering. He was transported to the parish jail for processing and incarceration.

Nathan Rios, age 20 of 418 Teche Rd Bayou Vista, La was arrested on 11-12-08 at 208pm on warrants for Domestic abuse Battery, Theft and Criminal damage to property. This stems from an incident on November 7, 2008 where Nathan is accused of beating on a female and taking her cell phone. Nathan was transported to the parish jail for processing and incarceration.

Mary Guillory, age 45 of 6157 Hwy 182 Gibson, La was arrested on 11-13-08 at 203am and charged with Driving while intoxicated, Careless Operation of a vehicle, Possession of Schedule iv narcotic and introduction of contraband into a prison facility. This stems from deputies finding a car in the ditch on Degravelle Rd and locating the driver behind the wheel trying to drive out the ditch. The suspect Mary Guillory was then noticed to have been drinking and was given an intoxilyzer test and failed the test resulting in said charges. She was then transported to the parish jail for processing and incar
