According to Sheriff David Naquin during the past 24HR period the Sheriff’s Office responded to 46 complaints over the past period and reports the following arrests:

Tarlton P. Nico age 49 of 3510 Patouville Rd Jeanerette, La was arrested on 11-24-08 at 210pm on warrants for charges of Issuing worthless checks (st mary 2 counts): Issuing worthless checks (Iberia 3 counts): Failure to appear for Criminal Neglect of Family (Iberia). Tarlton was brought to the Sheriff’s office by family member. He was issued a summons for St Mary IWC and then transported to the parish jail for processing and waiting transfer to Iberia Parish on their charges.

Shamaka Garrett age 31 of 308 Taft street Patterson, La was arrested on 11-24-08 at 1030am on charges of 3 counts issuing worthless checks. She was released on summons to appear in court.

Amy Radsick age 26 of 109 Ferenandez Court Morgan City was arrested on 11-24-08 at 737pm on warrants for Simple Assault and Simple Battery. She was transported to the parish jail for processing and incarceration.

Tara White age 36 of 513 Vaughn Alley Patterson, La was arrested on 11-24-08 at 1127pm on Warrants for Failure to appear in court for No driver’s license and No seat belt. She was transported to the parish jail for processing and incarceration.

Michael Hampton age 20 of 306 Harold Goodman, North Carolina was arrested on 11-25-08 at 209am and charged with Entering Gaming casino Underage Playing Machines. This follows a call from the Amelia Belle casino where he was caught on the premises being under age. He was issued a summons to appear in court.
