According to Sheriff David Naquin during the last 24 hours the Sheriff’s Office responded to 39 complaints and reports the following arrests:
Scott J. Rothell 27 of 421 Clark St. Bayou Vista La., was arrested on 1-18-08 at 3:02 p.m. on a warrant for Failure to Appear for a probation Review Hearing. Rothell was incarcerated in the Parish Jail and his bond set at $3500.00 dollars.
Brandy R. Foret 26 of 108 birch St. Raceland La., was arrested on 11-18-08 at 7:09 p.m. and charged with improper Lane Usage and DWI. Foret was arrested after Deputies conducted a traffic stop in the Amelia area. She was incarcerated in the Parish Jail and no bond has been set.
Tracey L. Harrington 30 of 6739 Thompson Rd. Sulphur La., was arrested on 11-18-08 at 10:13 p.m. on charges of Possession of Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Harrington was arrested after Deputies conducted a traffic stop on the vehicle in which she was a passenger. Investigation revealed that Harrington had possession of drug paraphernalia and a small amount of Marijuana. Harrington was incarcerated in the Parish Jail and later released on a $3500.00 dollar bond.
