FRANKLIN POLICE 6/22

The Franklin Police Department responded to 50 complaints over the past weekend and made the following arrests:

BLAIZE BARRILLEAUX, 20, of North Luke Road - Franklin
was arrested and charged with Driving While Intoxicated - 1st offense and Open Alcohol Container. Mr. Barrilleaux was processed and released on a $3000.00 bond to appear in 3rd Ward City Court.

BRENT SLADE BURGESS, 30, of Willow Street - Franklin
was arrested on a warrant dated June 16, 2010, charging him with Simple Battery. Mr. Burgess was processed and released on a $500.00 bond to appear in 3rd Ward City Court.

MICKIE JOE DRUILHET, 24, of Baptiste Street - Baldwin
was arrested on a warrant dated May 14, 2010, charging him with Theft By Shoplifting - 2nd offense and a warrant dated May 16, 2010, charging him with Theft of Goods. Mr. Druilhet was also processed on a warrant issued by Lafayette City Court, charging him with Failure To Appear on the charge of Simple Battery. He was additionally charged with Resisting An Officer By Force and Violence. Mr. Druilhet was processed and held with no bond set at time of press release to appear in 3rd Ward City Court.

JULEISA JAYNA SHAW, 21, of C Romero Road - New Iberia
was arrested on a warrant dated May 14, 2010, charging her with Theft By Fraud. Ms. Shaw was processed and held on a $50,000.00 bond to appear in 16th Judicial District Court.

JOHN PETER RILEY, 21, of Magnolia Street - Franklin
was arrested on a warrant dated June 19, 2010, charging him with Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle. Mr. Riley was additionally charged with Disturbing The Peace and Damage To Property. Mr. Riley was processed and held with no bond set at time of press release to appear in 16th Judicial District Court.

TAJH DEANTE MATHEWS, 19, of Kerry Street - Baldwin
was arrested on a warrant dated July 4, 2009, charging him with Simple Battery. Mr. Mathews was processed and released on a $500.00 bond to appear in 3rd Ward City Court.
