FRANKLIN POLICE 6/7

THE FRANKLIN POLICE DEPARTMENT RESPONDED TO 44 COMPLAINTS OVER THE PAST WEEKEND AND MADE THE FOLLOWING ARRESTS OVER THE PAST 72 HOURS:

Tory Pichoff, 19, of Evia Lane - Franklin,
was arrested on Bench Warrants for 3rd Ward City Court for No Seatbelt and Speeding. Mr. Pichoff was processed and held on a $344.00 fine to appear in 3rd Ward City Court.

Christopher Silas, 32, of Railroad Ave - Franklin
was arrested on a warrant for Franklin Police Department for Simple Assault. Mr. Silas was processed and held with no bond set at time of press release to appear in 3rd Ward City Court.

Earl Gunner, 21, Second St - Franklin
was arrested and charged with Domestic Abuse Battery and Remaining Where Forbidden. Mr. Gunner was processed and held with no bond set at time of Press Release to appear in 3rd Ward City Court.

Sean Gaspard, 24, of Josephine St - Franklin
was arrested and charged with Domestic Abuse Battery. Mr. Gaspard was processed and released on a $2,500.00 bond to appear in 3rd Ward City Court.

Deondra Randle, 24, of Theresa St - Franklin
was arrested and charged with Domestic Abuse Battery. Ms. Randle was processed and released on a $2,500.00 bond to appear in 3rd Ward City Court.

Ronald Moore, 26, of Big Four Corners Rd - Jeanerette
was arrested and charged with Driving While Intoxicated and Speeding by Radar 43-25. Mr. Moore was processed and released on a $3,000.00 bond to appear in 3rd Ward City Court.

Alvin Burrell, 59, of Hogan Lane - Franklin
was arrested and charged with Reckless Operation, Speeding by Radar 97/45, No Passing Zone, and Driving While Intoxicated. Mr. Burrell was processed and released on a $6,250.00 bond to appear in 3rd Ward City Court.

Kearney McDaniel, 20, 7th Street - Franklin
was arrested and charged with Disturbing the Peace, 2cts of Criminal Damage to Property, and Domestic Abuse Battery. Mr. McDaniel was processed and held with no bond set at time of press release to appear in 3rd Ward City Court.
