CHIEF SABRIA HILL OF THE FRANKLIN POLICE DEPARTMENT
REPORTS HER STAFF RESPONDED TO 22 complaints over the
48 HOURS. HERE ARE SOME OF THE ARRRESTS MADE
DURING THAT TIME:

KERRY BENNETT AUGUST, 37, of Robertson Street - Franklin
s arrested on a warrant dated June 16, 2010, charging him with Simple Battery.
Mr. August was processed and released on a $296.50 cash bond.

MICHAEL WAYNE DARBY, 52, of Fifth Street - Franklin
was arrested on a warrant issued by 16th Judicial District Court,
charging him with Failure To Appear on the charges of Speeding 78 in
a 55, and Driving With an Invalid Drivers License. Mr. Darby was
processed and released on a $363.50 cash bond.

DONOVAN BRISCO, 22, of Borne Street - Franklin
was arrested on a warrant dated May 29, 2010, charging him with
Simple Battery. Mr. Brisco was processed and held on a $500.00 bond
to appear in 3rd Ward City Court.

COURTNEY VONTRELL MCBRIDE, 20, of Lockley Street - Baldwin
was arrested on a warrant dated May 14, 2010, charging her with Theft By Shoplifting.
Ms. McBride was processed and held on a $1000.00 bond to appear in 3rd Ward City Court.
