The Franklin Police Department responded to 23 complaints over the past 48 hours and made the following arrests:
CASSANDRA L. BUTAUD, 33, of Tenth Street - Franklin
was arrested on a warrant dated May 3, charging her with Theft. Ms. Butaud was processed and released on a $1000.00 bond to appear in 3rd Ward City Court.
