ST MARY SHERIFF'S OFFICE - 6/8

According to Sheriff David Naquin during the last 24 hours the Sheriff’s Office responded to 32 complaints and reports the following arrests:

Brenda L. Wilson 50, of 117 Bernard St., Patterson was arrested yesterday morning on warrants for Issuing Worthless Checks. Wilson was located at her residence, placed under arrest and issued a summons to appear in court this fall.

Bennie A. Charles 25, of 120 Natalie Lane, Patterson was arrested yesterday shortly before 1pm, on a warrant for Failure to Appear on the charges of Stop Sign Violation and Failure to Register Vehicle. Charles was located at his residence, placed under arrest and booked into the parish jail with a $293.50 cash bond at this time.

Ryan P. Simoneaux 29, of 231 Hwy 1011, Napoleonville, was arrested yesterday afternoon at 3:05 pm for Improper Lane Usage and Driving Under Suspension. Agents were patrolling Hwy 90 in the Calumet area when he conducted a traffic stop on Simoneaux's vehicle for crossing the center line. During investigation it was also learned that suspect was driving under suspension. Simoneaux was placed under arrest and issued a summons to appear in court this fall.
